Stand-alone LHGs may be returned for a refund, subject to the following conditions. Unopened (in their original packaging) kits must be shipped to Ventech at the purchaser’s expense within 90 days of purchase. After inspection of the LHG, the purchase price will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. Open-box returns should be properly re-packaged and protected and shipped to Ventech at the purchaser’s expense within 90 days of purchase. Open-box returns will be inspected, and the purchase price will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee and any deductions for damaged or missing items.

Ventech LLC warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for fifteen (15) months from shipment or twelve (12) months effective at the time of End User delivery.

Replacement parts are covered for six (6) months or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. Replacement heaters are considered a “replacement part.”

The intent of the Ventech warranty is to protect the end-user heater from such defects and provide free repair or replacement of defective parts in the manner described in the warranty documents. During the warranty period, the exclusive remedy will be for Ventech, at its discretion, to repair or replace those parts that are demonstrated to be defective in material or workmanship.
