Full-Time, On-Site Position

Mechanical Design Engineer

Ventech, (also d.b.a. Puritan Automation, and Puritan Arctic Equipment) is a dynamic company focused on inventing, creating, and problem-solving.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer.

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience, including experience with Solid Works.

This position will support the development and manufacturing requirements of Ventech's various engine products and accessories.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker, looking to implement new product ideas in a team environment.

Team members at Ventech are diversified, enthusiastic, and open to engineering design-challenges, experimentation, prototyping, and validation tasks.

Applicant must be a degreed engineer with proven experience in product development and design. Applicant must be extremely experienced with Solid Works.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with engine accessory rotating components relating to heating and cooling. Expertise in A/C compressors or water pumps would be beneficial. General F.E.A.D Componentry knowledge a plus. Knowledge of assembly machines, test equipment, and dynamometers also highly beneficial.

This position is on-site in Wixom, Michigan, and offers paid vacation, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Full-Time, Hybrid Position

Technical Sales Engineer

Puritan Automation, a subsidiary of Ventech, LLC designs and builds custom Testing and Assembly machines.

Puritan is seeking a highly experienced Sales Engineer/representative who can undertake direct field sales activities specifically in the pursuit of custom test systems and assembly/automation opportunities (see examples at our website www.puritanautomation.com).

The successful candidate must be very familiar with custom testing and assembly machines and similar equipment. An in-depth knowledge in this field is a prerequisite and a strong knowledge of the regional business activities is also desirable.

A car allowance will be provided, and extensive tri-state travel should be anticipated.
